Melissa Crews is a certified Health & Life Coach and speaker, who enables women to transition from being overwhelmed and exhausted to having a sense of clarity, confidence, and enduring wellness. Melissa has been working in the health and wellness industry for well over a decade, and uses evidence-based behavioral modification techniques, combined with real-world practicality.
Melissa is also the founder of Seize the Moment Wellness Coaching. Melissa educates women on how to use her signature 5 Pillars of Wellness: Mindset, Purpose, Stress Management, Movement, and Nutrition. Melissa’s method of teaching wellness education centers on creating healthy habits for women to practice in their everyday lives, rather than developing extreme wellness plans that burn out quickly.
In addition to providing workshop and wellness programming within large corporations and organizations, Melissa is enthusiastic about equipping women to be the owners of their wellness and personal development.
